Air Bladder for Mud Pump
The air bladdder is also called the exhaust air bladder and is installed at the end of the hydraulic end discharge pipe,Its working pressure is 80% of the working pressure of the mud pump.The function of the air bag capsule on the mud pump is to use the volume of the air bag itself to continuously store and compensate the liquid discharged to a part of the pump in the pipeline to reduce the passiveness due to the pumped liquid. When the instantaneous displacement of the mud pump increases above its average displacement, the instantaneous pressure in the discharge line rises, and the gas volume in the air bag is compressed.
